When to pick a memorial film
- The family wants a keepsake to play at the service or on the anniversary.
- You are working further out from the loss and have time to send us the details.
- The family will watch it together.
- You want a physical thing (a downloadable film) that will still be on their phone in three years.
When to pick a memorial prayer
- The family is early in grief and cannot yet make decisions about a film.
- You want to send something in the first few days without asking them for anything.
- The setting is a graveside or a home visit, and pictures are too much.
- You want to be able to play it in the car on the anniversary drive.
