We email you the words to read first. The film follows within 24 hours of your approval.
Every film is made for one person. If something's wrong with yours, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right: one free remake, or your money back if we can't fix it. If it arrives later than promised, you can ask for your money back.

Questions before you order
- Who writes the prayer?
- We write it from what you tell us, and you read every word before anything is made. If a word isn't right, ask for a change: up to two rewrites.
- How much should I tell you?
- A few sentences are enough: who they are, what they're facing, and what you hope for them. Leave out anything you'd rather keep private; the prayer will still be theirs.
- How long until it's ready?
- You get the words to approve first. Once you approve them, the film is made within a day and sent by email.
