This page explains what Jesus Visions collects when you use this website, why, who helps us, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask for a free clip, sign up for our emails or place an order.
• The names and choices you enter, such as a child's first name, who the film is from and the occasion.
• Photos you upload for Reunited or Walk with Jesus.
• If you support the series, the amount and, only if you give them, your name, your message and your email (for the thank-you).
• What you tell us about someone for a film we write for them (what they are going through, what you want them to hear), and any changes you ask for. We use it only to write their words.
• Order details: what you ordered and what you paid, and, as our payment processor Stripe reports them, your payment method's brand, the last four digits of your card, its expiry month and year and the card's country. We never see or store your full card number. With an order we also keep your IP address, your browser, operating system and kind of device, and where your visit came from.
• A visit log. For each page opened we record the page, the time, your country, the kind of device, the names of your browser and operating system, the site or app that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link. Since September 25, 2026 we also record your IP address, a salted hash of it (a scrambled form we use to count visitors), and your city and region when your network provides them.
• Your country, worked out from your connection, so we can show prices in your currency.

Cookies and browser storage

• cf_visitor: a first-party cookie holding a random ID, kept for up to 400 days, so that visits over several days count as one visitor. The ID is not tied to your name or your email until you place an order.
• jv_ref: a first-party cookie kept for 30 days when you arrive through a link that carries ?ref=, so we know which referral sent you.
• A consent cookie that remembers your choice on our cookie bar.
• Small items in your browser's storage, for example to remember that you closed a popup.
• The analytics and advertising tools below set cookies of their own.

You can clear all of these at any time from your browser's site data.

Analytics and advertising tools

We use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (which records sessions and builds heatmaps of how pages are used), the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, to understand how visitors find and use the store and to measure our advertising. They load on the store's pages, including checkout and the thank-you page. Our server also sends Meta and TikTok a record when you reach a product's payment form, when you start checkout and after a purchase: the product and the amount, your email address and your country in hashed form (SHA-256), your browser type, and the IDs their own pixels stored in your browser, so they can measure our ads.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you see a choice bar first: these tools load, and these records are sent, only if you accept.

These tools handle data as described in their own privacy policies (policies.google.com, microsoft.com/privacy, facebook.com/privacy, tiktok.com/legal). You can opt out of interest-based ads from Meta and TikTok in your account settings on each platform.

Why we use it

• To make and deliver your order, and to send you your file.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• To see how the store is used, fix what doesn't work, and measure our advertising.
• If you agree, to email you new films, letters and free printables. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who helps us

These services process data for us, each only for its own part:

• Cloudflare hosts the store and its database.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Resend delivers our emails, and may record whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked.
• ElevenLabs makes the voice: a name to be spoken is sent to it.
• The other tools in our studio that make each film, including a writing tool that drafts the words of a written film from what you told us, and a picture tool that draws Walk with Jesus from your photos.
• Google, Microsoft, Meta and TikTok run the analytics and advertising tools above.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

• Photos are deleted 30 days after your order is delivered.
• What you told us for a written film is kept with your order, so we can remake it if you ask.
• Visit log entries are deleted after about 400 days.
• Order records are kept as long as the law requires for our accounts.
• You can ask us to delete your email and order details at any time, unless we must keep them by law.

Children

Our films are made for children, but they are ordered by adults. We only collect a child's first name, and a photo if the parent chooses to send one, from the adult who orders.

Your choices

• Write to us at hello@thejesusvisions.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We answer from that address.
• Stop our emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any of them, or by writing to us.
• Clear our cookies from your browser's site data. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, clearing the consent cookie brings the choice bar back, so you can choose again.
