This page explains what Jesus Visions collects when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask for a free clip or place an order.
• The names and choices you enter, such as a child's first name and the occasion.
• Photos you upload for a memorial film.
• What you tell us about someone for a film we write for them (what they are going through, what you want them to hear), and any changes you ask for. We use it only to write their words.
• Your country, worked out from your connection, so we can show prices in your currency.
• Basic visit information (which pages were opened, from which link or app, the country and the kind of device), so we can see what works and fix what doesn't. We count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address; a visit cannot be linked to your visits on other days. We do not use advertising trackers on the order pages.

Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. They receive your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

• To make and deliver your order, and to send you your file.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• If you agree, to email you new films from the series. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who helps us

We use trusted services to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Resend (email), and the tools in our studio that make each film, including an AI writing tool that drafts the words of a written film from what you told us. Each receives only what it needs for its part of your order. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

• Photos are deleted 30 days after your order is delivered.
• What you told us for a written film is kept with your order, so we can remake it if you ask.
• Visit information is deleted after 400 days.
• Order records are kept as long as the law requires for our accounts.
• You can ask us to delete your email and order details at any time, unless we must keep them by law.

Children

Our films are made for children, but they are ordered by adults. We only collect a child's first name, and a photo if the parent chooses to send one, from the adult who orders.

Your choices

Write to us at the address on the contact page to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop all emails.
