Terms of sale

These terms cover everything you buy on this website from Jesus Visions ("we", "us"). Please read them before you order. If anything here is unclear, write to us at the address on the contact page.

What we make

We make short personalized films and songs from our series. Each one is an artistic work, made in our own studio with AI tools, the voices we created for our characters, and the names and choices you give us. The Jesus you see and hear is our portrayal of him in the series, not a real recording and not a message from any church or minister. Our films are keepsakes: they do not promise any outcome, healing or answer to prayer.

Ordering

• You must be an adult to place an order.
• The names and photos you give us must be ones you have the right to share: your own family's, or those of the person you are making the gift for.
• We only make films with real first names, chosen from our name lists, and with the choices shown on the order page. We may refuse or cancel any order that uses a name or photo to insult, mock or harm anyone. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer one, and include everything you pay us. Your bank may add its own fee for payments in a foreign currency. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.

Delivery

Most orders are ready within minutes. Each product page shows the longest an order can take (24 hours; for a film that uses a photo, 24 hours from when you send it). We email you a private link to your file. You can download it and keep it.

Your file

Your film or song is yours to keep, watch, and share with family and friends, including on social media. You may not resell it or use it to advertise a product. We keep the rights in our series, its characters and its music.

Refunds and remakes

If you are not happy, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will remake your order once for free or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. The details are on our refunds page.

Our responsibility

We take care to make every order well and to deliver it on time. If we fail, our responsibility is limited to remaking the order or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
