Refunds and remakes

Every film and song is made to order for one person, by name. We want each one to be right, and if it isn't, we make it right.

Within 7 days of delivery

• Name said wrong? Tap "Did we say the name wrong?" on your order page. We remake it once, free.
• Something else wrong with it? Tap "Ask for a refund" on your order page, or write to us, and tell us what went wrong. We read every request and answer by email. If we made a mistake, we remake it once, free, or refund you in full if we can't fix it.
• Because each order is made for one person, we don't refund an order that was made as you asked for it.

If we are late, or can't make it

If an order arrives later than the time promised on its page, or we can't make it, ask on your order page or write to us, and we give you your money back in full, even if you still want the film. For a written film, and for Walk with Jesus, that time counts from when you approve the words or the pictures.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Support for the series

Support for the series is a gift: nothing is sent in return, so it isn't refunded the way an order is. If you sent it by mistake or chose the wrong amount, write to us within 7 days and we'll give it back.

This policy doesn't take away any right you have under the law where you live.
