Refunds and remakes

We want every film and song to be right. If it isn't, we fix it or give your money back.

Within 7 days of delivery

• Name said wrong? Tap "Did we say the name wrong?" on your order page. We remake it once, free.
• Not what you hoped for? Tap "Request a refund" on your order page, or write to us. We refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days. Payments made in cash at OXXO can't be reversed through the store, so we refund those by bank transfer or PayPal: we'll ask you which you prefer.

If we are late

If an order takes longer than the time shown on its page, write to us and we will refund it in full, even if you still want the film.
