How fast is it?
A film or song made from a name is usually ready within minutes, and always within 24 hours. Reunited starts as soon as you send the photo, and arrives within 24 hours of it. A film written for someone comes to you as words first, and follows after you approve them: within three days for a written message, within a day for a written prayer. Walk with Jesus shows you the pictures first, and follows within a day of your approval.
Can I order for the whole family?
Yes. On the films and songs made from a name, add more names at checkout, up to five in one order. Each person gets their own film, and every name after the first costs less.
What if the name is unusual?
Names on our list of first names are said right away. A name that isn't on it yet is checked by a person on our team, usually within the day, and Jesus says it only after that check. If we ever say a name wrong, tap "Did we say the name wrong?" on your film's page and we remake it once, free.
Can you write something just for them?
Yes. For our written films, you tell us their story in your own words, we write it, and you read and approve every word before anything is recorded. You can ask for changes twice.
How are our films made?
Every film is made in our own studio, in the world of our series: the same evening light, and the voice we built for Jesus in the series. Jesus says the name you give us, and every film passes our checks for its sound, its picture and the name before it is sent. It is a keepsake, not Jesus himself speaking, and it never promises healing, miracles or answered prayers.
Can I get a refund?
If something is wrong with your film and we can't fix it, yes: tell us within 7 days, on your order page. Each film is made for one person, so we don't refund one that came out as ordered. If your order arrives later than the time promised on its page, you can ask for your money back.
What happens to the photos and names I give you?
We use them only to make your order. Photos are deleted 30 days after delivery. We never sell your information.
How do I share it?
Your film is a video file you keep. Download it, or send the link straight to family by text or WhatsApp.
